SIX SESSIONS

OCTOBER 1, 15, 29
NOVEMBER 12, 26
DECEMBER 10

Join Adam Rumack to look at the integration of yoga into daily life.

We will examine and deepen our questions about the place of yoga practice in our daily lives, including its relevance, or non-relevance, in times of apparent social and ecological disintegration.

Topics will include:

Ethical Foundations of Yoga • Mythology + Methodology • Tradition + Transformation • Embodiment + Transcendence • Individual + Collective Liberation

Along with guided breathing and meditative practices, we will gather philosophical insights from traditional yoga texts to help deepen our individual and collective understanding of these topics. In the process, we will become students, teachers, and community.

6 session, Monday evenings 7pm - 8.15pm, October 1, October 15, October 29, November 12, November 26, December 10.
